AACA (UK)—The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (AACA) has launched a new microsite on climate change to help business capture opportunities and mitigate risk associated with climate change.
The rise in recognition of the importance of climate change for business and the accountancy profession has led ACCA to develop this quarterly, online news portal. Each newsletter will provide a global summary of:
- updates on ACCA’s own work in the climate change arena
- climate change issues in the news
- significant climate change governmental and mandatory policy developments
- developments in, and launches of, climate change initiatives
- links to key international climate change publications
- climate change conferences and training events
The ACCA also has a projects and publications and links and references.
